MISSION I PATCH
The patch for the North Dakota Planetary Initiative, Mission I, to take place between October 27 and November 6, 2013 was presented today. The patch, designed by Pablo de León, with artwork by Kathy Borgen, depicts the ND Planetary Initiative components, EVA Airlock, Inflatable Habitat, Rover Tunnel and Pressurized rover with two NDX-2AT suits installed. It shows the Moon, Mars and Beyond, the three objectives of this research and the name of the Department of Space Studies, University of North Dakota.
