DAY 5
Today, we decided to take part of the day lightly as there were no tests scheduled in the morning.
However, in the afternoon we travelled to Bismarck (the state capital) because the team was invited to the North Dakota Newspaper Association Convention.
We bought the space suit to the convention and made a short public demonstration to the press.
During the event the director of the NASA North Dakota Space Grant Consortium, Dr. Shan de Silva, spoke about the project, and showed a video of the tests than Ana had edited only a few hours before.
Tomorrow Saturday is going to be the final test day at the field in the North Dakota badlands, and from 11 to 2 PM we organized a public day demonstration where everybody is invited to attend. Let’s hope the weather cooperates!
