Mars and Lunar-analogue research activities on Earth can benefit from prototype pressurized planetary suits that simulates many of the challenges future explorers will face during extra-vehicular activities on the Martian and Lunar surface. Since 2005, we have been developing several prototype suits at the UND Human Spaceflight Laboratory (www.human.space.edu). This unofficial blog, made by its director, Dr. Pablo de León, covers our testing phases, different developments and analog missions.
